    Maybe they're hungry??

Are you sure you're not seeing them eating molted shells? Also, if one dies, the others are quick to scavenge.

what's the tank size? Ghost shrimp are VERY territorial and literally need at least 1 gallon per shrimp. Also what do you feed them and when? they are scavengers but should be feed at least 3 times a week and a variety of foods (as scavengers are omnivores)
      2.5g Betta tank (Rayne)
      2.5g Apple Snail tank (Silver)
1.5g Saltwater MTS vase (tough little dudes)
40g red ear slider tank (Kappa)

I "had" 13 of them in a 20g and feed them algae wafers and fish food

How often were you feeding? Many kinds of glass shrimp often become cannibalistic when they are in groups.

I was feeding once a day with crumpled flakes and once a week with algae wafers... vacuuming everyday so nothing left... doesn't matter now though... I fed ALL the ghosties to the fishies... to put a plant with Angel eggs in...

vacuuming everyday was the issue then... they are scavengers and mine spend the whole day sifting through the rocking eating whatever they find... to clean substrate and they turn on each other...
