  • Tom hatch and feed shrimp hatchery

Does anyone have one of these? I was thinking about getting one, but I don't completely understand how it works. Would I still have to hatch shrimp every day?

Dena has one. She likes it. Perhaps she'll see this thread.

Tom hatch and feed shrimp hatchery

It looks like it would work good for when I'm at school all day and can't be home to feed the fry all day, but if its gonna be just as much work as hatching them the traditional way, I'm not gonna waste my money.

I like them! They're awesome for picky eaters like Rams.

I have one. My only gripe is that it is big, kinda bulky for a 10 gallon but it still fits though.

Looks like you've already decided. But, I love those hatchers. I am often away from home 10-12 hours. They help to keep the fry well fed. In fact I use 2 of them. So I can always have one producing BBS.

CJ is right that they are too bulky for smaller tanks. But they can work. In a larger tank you'd never notice them sitting in the corner.
